We are bringing Bar Leone's signature "Cocktail Popolari" menu to Bangkok. This concept, which means
"Cocktail for The People" features simple with creative twists on classics, deeply rooted in Italian culture.
Bar Leone demonstrates this philosophy by sharing all of its cocktail recipes to everyone.
Dry Wave Cocktail Studio will exclusively feature Bar Leone's "Cocktail Popolari" at our bar throughout
September. Featured cocktails include Fig Leaf Negroni, Yuzu Americano, Olive Oil Sour, Caffè Paradiso and
many more. Additionally, Dry Wave Cocktail Studio will offer its own special menu with seven different Negroni
variations.
For every drink sold from these seasonal menus, 30 baht will be donated to the Soi Dog Foundation to help stray
dogs in Thailand.
The Cocktail Popolari in Bangkok event will run from September 1st to September 30th, 2025.
