- Jake Erder & Edgar Santillan from Honky Tonks Tavern (#67 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024). Co-founded by Edgar Santillan, a Guadalajara native with over 20 years of global experience, Honky Tonks Tavern has earned accolades for its innovative cocktails that blend Mexican tradition with creativity. Bar Manager Jake Erder, with 14+ years of experience in cities like Los Angeles and London, brings his expertise to deliver unforgettable cocktails and vibrant hospitality.

- Simone Rossi from Ratafia Rossi Meet Simone Rossi, a master mixologist and former Director of Bars at Rosewood Hong Kong. Born in Grosseto, Italy, Rossi's passion for hospitality was inspired by his family and love for food. After refining his bartending skills in London, he joined Aqua Spirit in Hong Kong, where he earned numerous accolades, including the World Class Country Winner title in 2018. Now, he brings his award-winning expertise and creative concoctions to Bar Sathorn.
