- Jen Queen from The Pontiac Jen Queen is a prominent figure in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in California, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Hong Kong. She has developed innovative bar programs like La Familia and Elbow Room in Cambodia, collaborated with Edge Hospitality in Myanmar, and served as Beverage Director for Polygon at Thailand’s Wonderfruit Festival. Currently, she leads The Pontiac in Hong Kong, a rock-and-roll New York-style dive bar known for its vibrant atmosphere and inclusion in Asia’s 50 Best Bars list.

- Beckaly Franks from Artifact Bar Since arriving in Hong Kong in 2015, Beckaly Franks has significantly impacted the bar scene. She co-founded The Pontiac, known for its inclusivity and female empowerment, securing its place on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list for seven years. Beckaly also founded Hungry Ghost with her wife and created Call Me AL and Artifact Bar. Awarded the Altos Bartenders’ Bartender Award in 2023, Beckaly continues to innovate and promote inclusivity in Hong Kong's bar industry.
