In its monthly celebration of Thailand’s dynamic cocktail scene, Stella unites three remarkable bartenders for one spirited evening. From the highlands of Chiang Mai comes Khun Tanat of @noir_cmi ; and representing the southern shores of Phuket is Khun Pera of @thefoolspeakeasy. They’re joined by Stella’s very own Bar Manager, Khun Miriam (@miriamnini), whose international background brings a fresh perspective to a night filled with wonder.

Together, the trio will reimagine The Old Siam Journey — Stella’s signature cocktail collection — through inventive pours, vibrant Thai canapés, and the kind of convivial hospitality that transforms a night out intoone for the books.
