In celebration of International Women's Month, The Bamboo Bar presents two trailblazing women shaping the future of cocktails – Tracia Chan from Dissolved Solids (Malaysia) and Lynnette Marrero from Speed Rack (New York City).

Experience innovation and empowerment as Tracia Chan, a mixologist and culinary graduate, blends cocktails, coffee, and art. A competitor in top competitions like the MONIN Cup and J-Chef Battle, she also shapes the next generation as a Malaysia Barista Championship judge.

Lynnette Marrero has redefined the cocktail world, beginning at the iconic Flatiron Lounge and then leading acclaimed bar programs until 2022 at Llama Inn and Llama San NYC. Named one of the "Most Innovative Women" by Food & Wine and Fortune, she co-founded Speed Rack to champion female bartenders. She launched Delola, a spritz line with Jennifer Lopez, and will soon unveil her bar, Milly's, in Brooklyn.
