On 5 March, our exclusive showcase features two pioneering talents in the cocktail world, Jade Lau and Kiara Opeda.

Jade Lau, Pernod Ricard Brand Ambassador for Hong Kong and Macau, has built a career on passion, innovation, and sustainability. From Gecko Jazz & Whisky Bar to The Old Man, one of Asia’s 50 Best Bars, she has consistently pushed boundaries. Named Time Out Bar Award Rising Star in 2020, she continues to be an inspiration.

Kiara Opeda, Martell Brand Ambassador for the Philippines, is known for her creativity and bold approach to cocktails. Having worked in both Hong Kong and Manila, she now leads Martell Philippines’ cocktail development, combining technical skill with a talent for storytelling.
